I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Platypus, and it truly exceeded my high expectations in every way. The room was remarkably comfortable, featuring the best bed I have slept in during my travels, ensuring a restful night after long days of exploring. I was particularly impressed by how spotless the room was, free from any cleaning chemical smells, and the cozy decor made it feel like a home away from home. The plentiful hot water supply made showering a delight, and I felt incredibly safe as a lone traveller, thanks to the hotel's secure environment. The café offered fresh, delicious meals, and I appreciated the option of pre-cooked evening dishes, which allowed for a relaxing end to my busy days.
